Meet the Staff

Megan Meizler

Dental Assistant

I can be found at Dr. Mott’s side assisting during procedures, taking X-rays and impressions, and sterilizing equipment. I like to make sure each patient’s visit with us is as enjoyable as possible. It is rewarding to get to help people feel confident about their smiles.

My husband Nick and I have a son named Bostyn—the cutest little boy in the whole world—and a dog named Thor who is pretty cute, too. We enjoy riding four-wheelers, spending time with family and friends, camping, floating on the river, and going for walks.

Christina Kitchens

Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

I assist Dr. Mott chairside during patient procedures including fillings, crowns, and dentures. I love working in a field where I get to make such a positive, instant change in people’s lives. There is nothing better than seeing their faces light up when we improve their smiles.

My husband Dave and I have two children, a daughter named Alex and a son, David. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, camping, and working in the yard.

Gloria Toebben

Office Manager

As one of the first friendly faces our patients see when they come into the office, I always make sure to smile! I am here to assist patients with all their scheduling, insurance, and financial needs. I have worked in the dental field for more than 20 years, so I can answer pretty much any question asked! My husband, Richard, and I have a daughter, a son, and four grandchildren. We also have a Welsh corgi named Clementine who is my baby! In my free time I like to go antique shopping and work on our farm.

Krista Delmont

Dental Hygienist

I instruct our patients on good oral hygiene, perform cleanings and checkups, and make sure that our patients have all the tools they need to keep their smiles looking good and feeling healthy. I understand that going to the dentist may be stressful, but I try to make each experience an enjoyable one. I always try to exceed our patients’ expectations with the care I provide.

My husband, Nathan, and I have a son named Brody, four Coon dogs, and a horse. In our spare time, we’re always outside—hunting, camping, and being on the river are some of our favorites!

Shannon Kiersz

Registered Dental Hygienist

I make sure my patients leave their regular cleanings with bright, healthy smiles and the knowledge to keep them that way. I love meeting new people and being an advocate for their continued oral health. Our patients are such wonderful people, and it is my privilege to get to know them.

At home, I have a wonderful husband Tyler, a daughter Tatum, and a son Ryder. We also have a house full of pets: Ranger and Bandit the dogs, Chippy the gecko, and Shelly the turtle. Family time is the most important thing to me, though I also enjoy reading, going to the beach, and traveling. You can also find me practicing yoga and enjoying a nice cup of hot tea!
